House Rules
- Children not allowed on elevator.
- Children not allowed in Granna and Dad Dad's bedroom. (The bed is made of birch and they might be tempted to "peel" it.)
- Do not use candles (they are decorative only). There are emergency candles.
- ALWAYS use place mats and table cloths on both dining and kitchen tables. Try to eat out by the pool as much as possible. The inside table isn't child friendly.
- Bring your own wash cloth for make up removal (their linens not to be used for this).

Bathrooms
Bathrooms have toiletries: TP, q tips, cotton swabs, tissue, bar soap, towels, etc. Bathrooms have bar soaps, but no shampoo.
Entertainment
Books (Adults & Kids), CD Player, DVD Player, Games, Ping Pong Table, Radio, Satellite/Cable, Stereo, Telescope, Television, Toys, VCR, Video Library, WiFi
Garage
The garage has bikes and beach accessories (i.e. coolers, umbrella, chairs, toys, wagon, games, balls, floats. NO fishing gear.)
Kitchen
Grilling and kitchen utensils, cookwares, bake-wares, serving platters, full dinnerware sets(plates/silverware/glassware!); dish, hand, and dishwasher soaps; plenty of foil, saran wrap, Ziplocs, paper ware, cloth and paper napkins, paper towels. Coffee options are Keurig type and also a standard drip maker. Filters and grinder provided. Basic spices include onion powder, garlic powder, garlic salt, chives, cayenne, parsley, s&p, barbecue mixes, Italian seasonings, oils, and more. Child's highchair.
Laundry
Laundry has soap, detergents, cleaning disinfectant and iron.
Linens
Beach, pool, bath, hand, and face towels.
